iT Rocks are pleased to partner with local dj/presenter/announcer/commentator Tim who boasts a career spanning back to 1987.
Starting off by chance helping out run kids roller discos before moving to his own mobile shows which were quickly followed by numerous pubs and nightclubs around the south. Gradually building up a name as a very reliable and versatile dj, Tim turned his hand to anything from pub party nights to night clubs, mobile weddings to a very successful rock night which ran for 5 years every Sunday night.
There were guest appearances on local radio before he decided to take step into presenting and one of his favourite experiences was to compere the world famous Bootleg Beatles at the Bournemouth Pavillion Theatre and also in the Bournemoth International Centre. Over 10 years presenting at speedway tracks around the country followed; where duties were either as the centre green presenter or meeting dj and announcer at clubs which included Weymouth 'Wildcats', Poole 'Pirates', Somerset 'Rebels' and Isle of Wight 'Islanders'.
This lead to voiceover work covering Weymouth speedway and some Plymouth speedway meetings before joining up with the new venture at the Isle of Wight 'Warriors' in Ryde this season concentrating on live commentary together with rider and management interviews for the Speedway Portal.
Tim has also been interviewed on national radio in his role working for non-league football club Bashley where he currently is match day announcer and dj.
